At TSS, we cover all aspects of design and installation of technology infrastructure. From computer network, telephone system, audio/video, and security. Your business needs infrastructure to function!

Every company needs a good foundation, or infrastructure, to build upon.
How good is yours?

From an IT perspective, each component needs to integrate with each other in a flawless way to achieve a seamless experience for both the customer and the company. So, If every company has and needs an infrastructure, then what does this backbone consist of?

Hardware

These are the physical boxes that you interact with. Al of those computers, phones, servers, laptops, tablets, even the TVs displaying your information to customers. All of this should be purpose bought and created to be what you need. TSS has experience in setting up facilities to make the experience for both you and your customers an excellent one.

Software

All of those servers, computers, and phone need code to run. Just because you have a great bunch of parts in front of you, doesn’t mean it will perform the way you want it to. That’s where software comes in. TSS has certifications in the software that your company runs on and can even create custom software for you.

Network

Wired or wireless or both? The network is what plugs everything into each other and lets them talk back and forth. Typing in customer information into one computer needs to make it’s way to the server and then down to the person looking up that information. The network makes it happen. those zeroes and ones have to travel somehow and we can make that happen.

Data Center

the information coming in needs to sit somewhere. All of those customer records, transaction information, sales numbers, pictures, videos, etc. These need to have a central access point where your business can store them and retrieve them later with reports in order to figure out how to best grow your business and what your customers really want. Data is where the knowledge can be gained on how to improve efficiency, what items to order and how much time is being spent on activities. Data provides those answers and much more. But all of this data needs to be stored somewhere.
